All of our orders are shipped from New York, US.


WHERE DOES AMISH HONEY SHIP TO?
We ship to anywhere in the US as well as globally. Please contact us directly to place any international orders.


WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders received between 8:00am ET Monday and 12:00pm ET Friday will ship within 24 - 48 hours of being placed. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Delays may take place during busy holiday seasons.


WHAT CARRIER DELIVERS YOUR HONEY?
Packages are shipped via USPS.


HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs are based on your location and calculated at checkout.


WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?
Orders typically arrive within 7-10 days after we ship them. Please reach out to us if you require expedited shipping services.


WHAT IF I USE A DIFFERENT CURRENCY?
All the prices listed on our website are in US dollars and your credit card will be charged in the same denomination. Exchange rates are determined by the bank issuing the credit card.


HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
To place an order, select the items you would like and add them to your cart. When you are done shopping, click on checkout and fill out the necessary payment and shipping information. WILL I  KNOW WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?
Yes. After your order is placed, an email is sent to you containing a confirmation number. Once your purchase has been shipped you will receive a second email notifying you of your USPS tracking number that you can use to track your shipment online. 


WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?
If you experience an issue with your order or if your order hasn't arrived by the latest approximate delivery date, please contact us. Be aware that Amish Honey is only able to deliver to one delivery address per order and multiple addresses will require separate purchases.


WHAT IF A PRODUCT ISN’T AVAILABLE?
In the event that there is a problem or delay with your order, we will reach out to you via phone or email.


CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. If your items have already shipped, your cancellation will be treated as a return and you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee. The cost of your order will be refunded when it arrives back to us. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


WHAT IF AN ORDER IS LOST IN SHIPMENT?
For lost USPS shipments, please file a claim with USPS. If a shipping address was provided incorrectly, the order will be returned to us and the cost of re-shipping the order to the appropriate address will be the responsibility of the customer. Amish Honey is not responsible for items lost during shipment.
